Is there a minimum order?

No minimum on paddles, covers or team kits — order a single piece. Custom printed outdoor balls have a minimum of 12 (one dozen), which is how they are packed.

Do I see the design before you print it?

Always. After you order or request a proof, a designer sends a photorealistic mockup within 5–7 minutes during business hours. Nothing goes to production until you reply “approved”, and revisions are unlimited and free.

What does the design studio preview show?

It's a live 3D mockup of your artwork on the real paddle shape, including the back face and grip color. Colors on screen can shift slightly by monitor, which is why we send a designer-checked proof before printing.

Can I change my design after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up until you approve the proof. After approval the file goes to press, so changes at that point require a new order.

Do you charge design or setup fees?

Never. Design, cleanup, redraws and setup are included in the price, whether you order one paddle or eight hundred.

What file types should I upload?

Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest result. PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher also works well. Sketches, photos and screenshots are fine too — we redraw them free.

Can I print edge to edge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sublimation covers the entire face, so you can bleed artwork right to the edge. Use “Fill entire face” in the studio for full-bleed patterns and photos.

Can the back be different from the front?

Yes. Each side is printed separately — mirror the front, use a solid color, or upload completely different artwork per side.

Can you match my brand colors?

We support Pantone matching and brand guidelines. Send your color codes with the artwork and the designer will confirm the match on your proof.

Will you use my artwork anywhere else?

No. Your files stay yours. We never resell, reuse or publish your artwork without written permission.

What are the paddles made of?

T700 raw carbon fiber faces over a polypropylene honeycomb core, with a foam-injected perimeter and edge guard. You choose 14mm for pop and power or 16mm for control and spin.

Are they tournament legal?

Our cores, faces and dimensions are built to USA Pickleball approved specifications for sanctioned play.

Does printing affect performance?

No. The graphic is sublimated into the surface, not stuck on top, so texture, weight and spin are unchanged and the print won't peel.

Custom printed outdoor balls come in neon green and neon orange, sold in packs of 12.

What's included in a team kit?

Two fully customized paddles, 12 printed outdoor balls and a matching carry bag — all designed together in the studio, and each piece can be edited independently.

Checkout is hosted on our secure Shopify checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bulk and corporate orders can be invoiced before production.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes: 8% off at 10+, 15% off at 25+ and 25% off at 100+ paddles, plus a dedicated rep, individual name printing and custom packaging on corporate orders.
