Proof approval
The clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you order. Production days are business days.

Faces printed and pressed, cores bonded, edge guard and grip fitted, then weight- and balance-checked.
Standard delivery
Tracked shipping anywhere in the continental US. Tracking is emailed the moment your label prints.
Rush delivery
Have an event date? Ask your designer for rush production when you request your quote.
Rates & delivery options
Rates are per order, not per item. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations outside Canada are quoted individually — ask your designer before you pay.
Returns & guarantee
- Print-match guarantee: if your item doesn't match the proof you approved, we remake and reship it free.
- Defects in materials or workmanship are remade free within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-customized items (blank covers, sealed ball packs) can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund, minus return shipping.
- Custom printed items can't be resold, so they aren't returnable for a change of mind — that's exactly why the free proof exists.
- Cancel any time before you approve your proof for a full refund. After approval the item is already in production.
- Shipping damage: send photos within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace the item at no cost.
How to start a claim
- 1. Email or text us your order number and a photo of the item.
- 2. We compare it to your approved proof — usually the same day.
- 3. If it's on us, we start the remake immediately and cover shipping both ways.
